The Critical Realism Network directed by Professor Philip Gorski would like to invite submissions for papers and panels that advance the cause of post-positivist social science in matters of theory, methods, and /or values for the Beyond Positivism Conference 2017 (http://criticalrealismnetwork.org/beyond-positivism/ ) This conference will bring together social scientists interested in engaging critically and envisioning what a post-positivist social science looks.

Location: Montreal, Canada
Dates: 8 – 10 August, 2017

Panel Proposals: Panels are limited to 3 presenters and proposals must include:
Panel title (15 words or less)
Brief overview of the panel session (100 – 150 words)
3 abstracts for the presentations (300-500 words)
Keywords
Short biography (150 words or less) of each presenter that includes author’s name, university affiliation, and position.

Submission Format: All submissions must be in the form of a PDF or a Microsoft Word format (.doc, .docx) in this format: Name_Short_title (e.g. rutzou_what_is_critical_realism).
